Earnings & payouts

Winzos is free to use, and it pays you. Here's how earnings work and how to get the money into your account.

How you earn

To collect entries, participants complete quick actions like surveys, offers and videos. Those actions generate revenue, and you earn a share of the revenue from every action completed in your contests. More participants and more actions mean more earnings.

You can see revenue per contest in your dashboard, and your total in Settings → Payments.

The best way to grow your earnings is to grow your contests. Great prizes, regular promotion and a widget that matches your brand all help.

Your Payments page

Go to Settings → Payments in the sidebar. You'll find:

  • Current Balance: what you've earned and can withdraw.
  • Tax Information (W9): your tax form status.
  • Payment Settings: how and when you get paid.
  • Payment History: your past and pending withdrawals.

Get set up to be paid

  1. Upload your tax form. Under Tax Information (W9), upload your completed form as a PDF (under 5MB). Its status moves from Required to Submitted, then to Verified once we've checked it. We'll email you when it's verified. If it's Rejected, you'll see the reason and can upload a corrected form.
  2. Choose a payment method. In Payment Settings, pick PayPal or Bank Transfer (ACH). For ACH, add your bank details and account type (Checking or Savings).
  3. Add your tax details. Pick your Tax Form Type: W-9 (US Citizens/Residents) or W-8BEN (Foreign Persons), then enter your Tax ID and business name if you have one.
  4. Pick your threshold and schedule. Choose a Payment Threshold of $100, $250 or $500, and a Payout Schedule: Weekly (every Monday) or Monthly (15th of each month).
  5. Go automatic (optional). Turn on Automatic Payouts to be paid on schedule whenever your balance passes your threshold.

Withdrawing your balance

Click Withdraw under Current Balance. To withdraw, you'll need:

  • A tax form on file
  • A payment method set up
  • A balance of at least $100

If something's missing, Winzos tells you exactly what, so you can fix it and try again.

Confirm the withdrawal, and it's processed within 3–5 business days. Your withdrawals appear in Payment History. Changed your mind? Cancel a withdrawal while it's still pending and the amount goes back to your balance.
