Manage your contests
Your dashboard is mission control. See how your contests are doing, share them, tweak them and wrap them up.
Dashboard Overview
The top of your Dashboard shows four numbers for the selected date range (the last 30 days unless you change it):

| Active Contests | Contests that are currently live. |
| Entries | Total entries people earned across your contests. |
| Active Participants | People who earned at least one entry. |
| Revenue | Revenue generated by the actions your participants completed. |
Use the date picker to change the range, and the refresh button to pull the latest numbers.
Your contest list
Below the stats is every contest you've created, with its Participants, Entries and Revenue. A colored dot shows its status, and a lock icon means the contest is private.
- Search by name with Search contests....
- Filter by Status (Live, Scheduled or Ended), or flip the Is Public? switch to see only public contests.
- Click Reset to clear your filters.
Contest statuses
| Status | What's happening |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | Waiting for its start time. It goes live on its own. |
| Live | Open for entries. Your widget and contest link are active. |
| Ended | Closed to new entries. Winners have been drawn and are ready for you to notify. |
Contest actions
Open the ⋯ menu on any contest (in the list or on its detail page) for these actions:

| View details | Opens the contest's detail page (see below). |
| View on store Shopify stores Preview Contest Influencers & creators | See the contest the way participants do. |
| Share | Opens the share dialog with your shareable contest link. |
| Duplicate | Starts a new contest with the same settings. Great for running the same prize again. |
| Edit | Change the contest's settings, then click Update Contest. |
| End Early | Ends the contest right now and draws winners. You'll be asked to confirm, and this can't be undone. |
| Make Public | A switch to make the contest public or private. |
Edit, End Early and Make Public disappear once a contest has ended.
Ending a contest early
Plans change. Choose End Early and confirm in the End Contest Early dialog. The contest closes immediately and winners are drawn from the entries collected so far, just as if it had reached its end time.
Public vs. private
Public contests can be discovered by anyone, including on the Featured Contests list at app.winzos.io. Private contests are only reachable through your link or widget. They're perfect for subscriber-only or VIP giveaways.
The contest detail page
Click a contest (or View details) for the full picture:
- Header: status, how long until it ends (or how long ago it ended), a date-range picker and the actions menu.
- Stats: Product Cost, Minimum Participants, No. of Winners, Min Entries/User, Total Entries, Active Participants and Total Revenue.
- Winners: once the contest ends, this lists each winner with their rank, entries and status, plus the buttons to deliver their prize. See Winners & prizes.
- Entries History: the most recent entries, showing who earned them, when, how many and the revenue.
