You won! Now what?

Congrats in advance! Here's exactly how winners are picked, how you'll find out and how to get your prize.

How winners are picked

When a contest's countdown hits zero, Winzos automatically draws the winners at random. More entries means better odds. You don't need to do anything, just keep an eye on your inbox.

How you'll find out

If you win, you'll get an email from Winzos. It's usually a personal note from the person or store that ran the contest.

  • For most contests, the email has a Claim your prize button.
  • For contests run by online stores, you may get a coupon code for your prize instead. Use it at checkout on the store's website to get the prize for free.
Check your spam and promotions folders after a contest ends, and mark Winzos emails as "not spam" so they land in your inbox. You don't want to miss this one!

Claiming your prize

  1. Head to the Winners Circle. Tap Claim your prize in your email, or sign in at app.winzos.io and choose Winners Circle from your account menu.
  2. Find your win. It's under Current Wins - Ready to Claim. Tap Claim Prize.
  3. Tell us where to send it. The first time, you'll be asked to complete your profile with your name, shipping address and phone number. Then tap Save & Continue to Claim Prize.
  4. Double-check and claim. Review your details (tap Edit information if anything's off), then tap Claim now.
  5. Confetti time! You'll see Prize claimed! and we'll let the contest creator know. They'll ship it to you.

Claim your prize promptly. We'll send you reminders, but don't leave the creator waiting. Check the contest's Official rules for any claim deadline.

After you claim

Your win moves to Historical Wins in your Winners Circle, marked ✓ Claimed. The creator ships the prize to the address you gave, and once they've sent it, it switches to ✓ Fulfilled.
